Questions that we are asked most commonly
Whilst we have some common questions listed here, the Help link on the menu takes you over to our Zendesk support system which has questions and answers in full, along with the ability for you to send us a support ticket.
Twitter have published a list of the 500 most commonly attempted passwords that they block because they are too basic. If your password contains one of these words, we do not accept your password. For example if your password contains "password", or 123456 for example, or "newyork" or "paul" or "mark" or "golf" etc. If while setting up your password, the system shows the complexity drop to 0, its because you have typed something in which matches an ignored word. If you want to use "paul" as part of your password, then swap the letter l for an exclamation mark ! or swap the u for ii (two letter i's) etc or for "golf" swap the letter o for a number 0 or even change the ol in golf so it goes to the numbers 01. Passwords have to be easy to remember but if you base them on names or common words they are much more likely to be guessed by brute force
If you cannot remember your account details, please call or get in touch through the contact or support options on the website. If you are calling from the phone number that is on your account, that helps greatly as that gives us a way of confirming that you are related to the account in question. We will get you to confirm details from the account, such as previous purchases etc and will then advise what the email address is. Once you have this, you can then reset your password. If you no longer have access to the email address any more,we will carry out further checks and then reset the email address for you.
We send occasional newsletters out, usually around once a month which you can unsubscribe from at any time
