Craigavon, Portadown, Tandragee and nearby places such as Clare gives BT62 its immediate geographic focus, while the wider Craigavon setting helps define the district's regional character. Taken together, Craigavon, Portadown, Tandragee and Clare give BT62 a more varied footprint than a single-place district.

For BT62, the BT postcode context matters: The BT postcode is unusual because it covers Northern Ireland, with Belfast at its centre and many districts extending into towns, villages and rural communities across the region.

Company records place BT62 at about the 45th percentile of districts by rank, with 1,275 companies and a position of 1,401st out of 3,113 as of June 2026. Newly incorporated businesses using BT62 addresses appear within Companies House records for this part of Craigavon. For BT62, the company count is best read alongside the named places rather than as a claim about how businesses operate.

Below are just a small sample of the companies formed (with the numeric parts of the address redacted with an X and not showing the postcode, so we are not advertising peoples full addresses online) but allows you to see where some of the companies have been formed.
